Dr. Mitchell brings a wealth of experience, a commitment to educational equity, and a strong belief in the potential of every student. His leadership style aligns perfectly with our mission to provide a safe, trauma-informed, and academically rigorous environment for our youth.

Kendrick Bell, Director of Compliance, Training, and School Climate, works side by side with the Principal to uphold ISBE compliance, lead staff training initiatives, and strengthen the positive, student-centered climate that defines JTC Academy.
Jermaine Williams serves as the Principal of JTC Academy West, bringing a wealth of experience in special education, autism spectrum disorders, and trauma-informed care. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree and has earned the Illinois Type 75 certification, qualifying him for administrative roles within the state's educational system. His qualifications suggest a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
