At JTC Academy we follow the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and all of our meals are prepared fresh daily from U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) recipe's. Our school breakfast and lunch program follow a 7 cycle rotation.  All of our cooks are Food Safety Certified and follow all sanitary procedures.
